Sage is an extraordinary plant that has a lot of medicinal properties, the infusion can be used for gargling during infection, you can also drink it for stomach pains and digestive problems, importantly, sage has antiperspirant properties, so it can also be used as a natural deodorant. With the infusion of sage can also prepare natural tonic to wash the skin of the face – has purifying properties, astringent, acts as a disinfectant, so help acne. Preparation is very simple – just prepare infusion of sage. Teaspoon dried sage pour half a glass of boiling water, it is best to use for this purpose strainer, wait 20 minutes, drain off, wait until it gets cold and ready. Such infusion we are washing the face in the morning and evening, using a cotton swab. In the morning, you can face flushed with water after a few minutes after applying the tonic with sage. You can prepare more infusion by adding a small amount of alcohol and holding later in the fridge. I instead of pure alcohol, I add a little tincture of nettle, marigold and elder flowers.
Chamomile, eyebright herb, marigold …
It is also perfectly herbs affecting the skin condition. The infusion of chamomile acts on the skin primarily anti-inflammatory so can help in eliminating any changes of this nature, but we must remember that just dries the skin so it should be used people with oily skin or mixed (use in places where the skin is oily). Infusion of marigold, in turn, moisturizes and improves skin tone, eases and accelerates wound healing. With marigold petals prepare a decoction – half a spoon pour half a glass of water and cook for 3 minutes, then drain off and wait to cool. The skin was washed with cold liquid. Infusions from the eyebright herb are perfect for dark ring under the eyes, and tired eyes. We brew a teaspoon of herb, Soak cotton balls in it and attach to the eyelids.
