Vanilla is extracted from the plant species of the orchid family – Vanilla planifolia. Vanilla bean is a pod-shaped fruit, harvested before reaching full maturity, fermented and then dried (this process gives the fruit a dark brown color).
The healing properties: Vanilla has stimulant properties, relieves stress and improves mood. Has a beneficial effect on the digestive system, it stimulates blood circulation and has antipyretic properties.
Applications: Sweet dishes (cakes, desserts, soft drinks), is also an excellent addition to alcoholic drinks – tinctures and liqueurs. Using natural vanilla can prepare homemade vanilla sugar or vanilla essence for cakes. Each piece is packed separately in a sealed bag.
