Rooibos Earl Gray is a blend of extremely healthy African red bush infusion with the natural aroma of bergamot (bergamot). Rooibos is a reddish-orange plant native to southern Africa, native to South Africa. Although the infusion of reddish-brown rice is often called tea, the plant is not related to tea bushes, but the processing is similar – the red bush leaves are fermented and then dried to the appropriate moisture. Rooibos tea has a mild taste, devoid of bitterness typical of black teas, honey flavor and red color, can be drunk several times a day. Rooibos infusions do not contain caffeine, so it is a great drink for children and pregnant women and elderly people, tea does not contain tannins, which hinder the absorption of micro and macroelements so it can be a drink served to a meal.
Rooibos tea is a rich source of antioxidants that remove free radicals from the organism and also contains organic acids. Cinnamic acid (has bactericidal and fungicidal properties) and minerals: potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, iron, manganese and zinc.
