Tincture stimulates the activity of secretory stomach, intestines and liver. It improves digestion and absorption of food, diuretic and prevents bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract. With a large iron content can be used in states of deficiency, for example, frequent bleeding, too heavy menstruations and in blood donors. Ingredients: nettle leaves, marigold flower, elder flowers.
To prepare a tincture will need: 80g of sugar, a liter of vodka.
Method of preparation – herbs throw into a glass container (preferably a jar), pour alcohol. Closed vessel leave in a warm, dark place for 10 days, daily shake vigorously.
