Winter strengthening immunity
Do you wonder what exactly lies behind the term strengthening of immunity? Resilience is the ability of the body to protect against external factors that may have an adverse effect on the body. It is no secret that to the immune system worked flawlessly, it is necessary to provide it with vitamin C. But why is it so necessary? The answer is very simple:

Fruit of the vine inhabit roadsides, edges of forests and field margins, were prized for centuries as a very rich source of vitamin C (natural vitamin C higher than that synthesized, both the rate of absorption in the gastrointestinal tract as well as the activity of the operation – it is about three times more active and its high concentration for a longer time in the body) , now also we need to reach for the infusion of rosehips as soon as we feel weakness or colds.
Rowan, often planted because of the beautiful, especially in autumn appearance, is also a winter larder for birds and small mammals. Few of us know that rowan fruit contain more vitamin C than most available and popular in Poland fruits.
