Calming tincture helps people struggling with stress, perfectly helps to have trouble sleeping and at the inner anxiety, it is used in light and medium severe depression and oder symptoms of substrates nervous. It does not cause apathy and fatigue. Ingredients: St. John’s wort, lemon balm, angelica, chamomile.
To prepare a tincture will need: a liter of vodka.
Method of preparation – herbs pour a liter of vodka in a large glass dish (preferably in a jar). Let stand for 2 weeks, daily shake vigorously, then filter out and spill into bottles. Store in a dark place. Use 3 times a day spoon (can be dissolved in a glass of water).
