Description
Tincture stimulates the activity of secretory stomach, intestines and liver. It improves digestion and absorption of food, diuretic and prevents bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract. With a large iron content can be used in states of deficiency, for example, frequent bleeding, too heavy menstruations and in blood donors. Ingredients: nettle leaves, marigold flower, elder flowers.
To prepare a tincture will need: 80g of sugar, a liter of vodka.
Method of preparation – herbs throw into a glass container (preferably a jar), pour alcohol. Closed vessel leave in a warm, dark place for 10 days, daily shake vigorously. Then leave a week without stirring. After this time and filter the spill into bottles. Store in a dark place. Use 2-3 times daily spoonful (can be dissolved in a glass of water).
