Of course, at least some of the time we resolve to exercise more, sleep more and eat better. With unconcealed admiration I look at the people who forge their decisions into action and bravely to hold them. Unfortunately, I belong to those provisions that – yes – they have challenges – yes – take, but sometimes just a little bit stray from the newly designated path. It is not easy to implement major changes, especially right away. In the case of people like me better to use the method of small steps.
If we think about healthy eating is probably easiest to start with the liquids.
Firstly, the water.
